Orders and Commissions
Unfortunately, I'm not able to take orders and commissions on my finished dolls. I'm no longer able to keep up with demand, (thank you all! I'm not complaining), so I have returned to a first-come, first-serve basis for selling my finished dolls. My New Doll Notification List members will continue to receive the
first notification of any dolls that are available for sale. Email me if you'd like to receive a note when I have new dolls available.

Shipping
Most purchases
are shipped domestically with USPS Priority, insured. I may be able to offer other shipping options by arrangement.
Please contact me for a shipping quote if you are interested in purchasing
from outside the United States.
I have family obligations that sometimes very consuming, and occasionally it may take up to 2 weeks for packaging, shipping, and delivery of any order. I try to ship orders immediately but sometimes there can be delays.
Payment
I currently accept payments by checks, money order,
and Paypal, and am happy to send a Paypal invoice if desired. Credit
cards are accepted through Paypal. I do not have an automated
shopping system because most of my products are one-of-a-kind
works of art or are in limited production. I handle all of my sales
personally.
Product Safety
Although
many Hitty enthusiasts like to share Hitty with children, and the Hitty
story and play can fun and educational, Sara Cole products are intended
for adults and should not be considered safe as toys for children of
any age. All Sara Cole artwork should be considered an adult collectible
and a potential choking hazard for young children, and should be shared
with children 12 or younger only with proper adult supervision.
